We have been telling our customers for ages to be wary about the provenance of the Manuka Honey they are buying and a recent report indicates how serious an issue this is.
Stuff.co.nz reports on the damage being done to New Zealand’s Manuka Honey Industry by ‘cheap alternatives’. it makes interesting reading.
Make sure when you buy Manuka Honey that it carries the UMF logo and that it is from New Zealand.

Great evening at Gordale.Saving Face was the Apicare star of the evening.
We sold out in a couple of hours.This is fast becoming the Apicare’must-have ‘product.
It was a really good customer event, lots of interesting demos and trays of delicious homemade food & glasses of wine being passed around all evening- would definitely recommend it – free entry too!!!
